Transfer plan

A written plan agreed by both vessels before the approach, with the mooring and fendering arrangement fixed on paper.

Risk assessment

Weather limits, traffic, mooring arrangement, fendering, ESD and emergency unmooring, assessed formally before any approach.

03

Signed checklists

Industry-standard checklists completed and signed before approach, before connection, before transfer and before disconnection.

04

Operational report

A full written close-out on completion, covering timings, conditions, deviations and any observations raised.
